Kathryn Hawkins is an experienced home economist. She has been writing about food and creating recipes for over 30 years. She has written and contributed to over 20 cookery books. Alongside her writing, Kathryn is a food stylist and prepares food for photographs in magazines, books, advertising and food packaging, and on websites and TV. Based in central Scotland, she travels all over the UK and beyond for her work. Kathryn teaches and demonstrates on a variety of cookery subjects.

Anne is a home economist with 20 years experience in a wide range of areas. She has worked as a product development technologist in industry, as well as recipe development and testing. In the food media, she has written for Prima magazine and worked at the Good Housekeeping Institute. For publishers, she tests recipes and adds editorial content for cookery books and for web channels. She has demonstrated home appliances for product launches and promotions, and organises food theatres for festivals, events and trade fairs, both directing, demonstrating and compering.

Jill offers a comprehensive Home Economist service throughout the UK (including Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, London, Edinburgh and  Glasgow) , delivering a range of activities to customers including; performing live cookery demonstrations, creating and writing recipes and supporting well known TV chefs at food festivals. Jill also works as a food stylist and her work comprises of a wide range of services including styling for recipe leaflets, cookbooks, supermarket packaging, brochures and editorial images.

Chris is a creative, experienced, commercially aware Home Economist with 30 years of experience. The prospect of new challenges and helping customers excites her. She trained as a Home Economist at Croydon College and has worked in foodservice both as a Contract Caterer and latterly as a Catering Adviser.  As a hybrid Home Economist, she is equally comfortable giving advice to home cooks or chefs on tight budgets in hot, hectic kitchens.
