Support early years’ settings or schools working towards achieving Healthy Schools status, the School Food Plan, or how to work together with young people and caterers to improve school meals. Recipe testing work, cookery demonstrations and support with developing primary educational resources to improve health and wellbeing.

I am an outgoing and well-organised individual who communicates confidently and effectively at all levels.

I have worked in the marketing departments of a major textile producer and also in the meat industry, both of which gave me an insight into education at primary, secondary and tertiary levels, I have also taught at tertiary level and in adult education. I regularly do talks on nutrition to consumer groups and have worked on radio and in TV broadcasting.
