As a freelance Home Economist, Lisa can carry out recipe testing work, provide training and workshops on cooking and healthy eating for adult education. She has been involved in updating a healthy eating resource for parents and their toddlers for the WEA (Workers' Educational Association). Lisa has worked in the food industry, education, healthy schools and health promotion. Providing training and workshops for education professionals, students and young people from early years up to higher and further education as well as training for health care professionals. She has been involved with developing the primary and early years Healthy Heroes educational resources with Lancashire Healthy Schools to improve health and wellbeing for children and their families.
Experience of cooking on local radio stations and providing cookery demonstrations at agricultural shows.
