Kathryn Hawkins is an experienced home economist. She has been writing about food and creating recipes for over 30 years. She has written and contributed to over 20 cookery books. Alongside her writing, Kathryn is a food stylist and prepares food for photographs in magazines, books, advertising and food packaging, and on websites and TV.
