HI, my name is Cara, I am a sustainable food expert, with an Masters in Food Policy from City, University of London.
My original qualification was HND Hospitality Management.
My background and experience is in recipes, and recipe writing, and I have expertise in global recipes, and making recipes safe for consumers to use both in a global and a national setting.
I am interested in work on all aspects of sustainability, both in sustainable recipe product development, supply chain evaluation, consumer sustainability education, and consumer recipes. I have particular expertise and experience with fish and seafood.
